Landsþing Ungra jafnaðarmanna fer fram laugardaginn 27. ágúst á Kornhlöðunni (Baka Baka) við Bankastræti 2, 101 Reykjavík.
Öll sem skráð eru í UJ eru velkomin á landsþingið og við hvetjum sérstaklega þau sem hafa áhuga á starfi Ungra jafnaðarmanna til að skrá sig fyrir þingið.
Hægt verður að sækja um niðurgreiðslu á ferðakostnaði fyrir þau sem eru búsett utan höfuðborgarsvæðisins og ferðast þaðan til að sækja þingið.

10:00-10:30: Afhending þinggagna og greiðsla þinggjalda.
10:30: Setning landsþings.
10:45: Samþykkt fundarskapa.
10:50: Kosning starfsmanna landsþings.
11:00: Skýrsla stjórnar og umræður.
11:30: Skýrsla gjaldkera, framlagning og umræður um reikninga.
12:00-12:30: Hádegishlé (boðið verður upp á hádegismat fyrir landsþingsgesti).
12:30: Umræða og afgreiðsla ályktana.
13:30: Lagabreytingar.
15:00: Kosningar í embætti í eftirfarandi röð:
– Kosning forseta (til tveggja ára).
– Kosning þriggja meðstjórnenda í framkvæmdastjórn (til tveggja ára).
– Kosning framhaldsskólafulltrúa í miðstjórn og framkvæmdastjórn.
– Kosning tólf miðstjórnarfulltrúa og fjögurra til sex varamanna í miðstjórn (til eins árs).
– Kosning tveggja endurskoðenda reikninga (til eins árs).
16:30: Önnur mál.
16:35: Félagshyggjuverðlaun UJ 2022.
16:45: Þingslit og hátíðarræða.
17:00-18:00: Gleðistund að þingslitum loknum
Landsþingsgjald árið 2022 er kr. 2.500 og gildir fyrir allan daginn og hádegismat á staðnum. Hjólastólaaðgengi er til staðar á Tunglinu.

Fyrir öll gögn og kosningar verður smáforritið Whova notað. Það er fáanlegt bæði í síma og tölvu. Allir skráðir landsþingsgestir fá tölvupóst með boðshlekk á viðburðinn í kjölfar skráningar og greiðslu landsþingsgjalds.
Framboð í framkvæmdastjórn og miðstjórn skulu berast fyrir kl. 12:30 á landsþingsdegi þann 27. ágúst og þau skulu send á [email protected].
Kosið verður skv. lögum um forseta Ungra jafnaðarmanna, um þrjá meðstjórnendur í framkvæmdastjórn til tveggja ára, um einn fulltrúa framhaldsskólanema til eins árs og um 12 miðstjórnarfulltrúa til eins árs í senn. Auk þeirra verður kosið um 4-6 varafulltrúa í miðstjórn og tvo skoðunarmenn reikninga.
Við hvetjum öll áhugasöm til að bjóða sig fram.

The Social Democratic Youth's annual congress will be held on Saturday the 27th of August at Kornhlaðan (Baka Baka) at Bankastræti 2, 101 Reykjavík.
All those who are registered members of the Social Democratic Youth can register for the congress. We encourage all those who are interested in taking part in the Social Democratic Youth to attend!
Provisional itinerary:
– UJ’s annual congress 2022 –
10:00-10:30: Distribution of session documents and payment of registration fees.
10:30: Congress is set.
10:45: Meeting rules.
10:50: Election of congress staff.
11:00: Executive board's report and discussion.
11:30: Financial summary and discussion.
12:00-12:30: Lunch break (lunch is included for guests of the congress).
12:30: Resolutions presented. Vote on presented resolutions.
13:30: Amendments to statutes presented. Vote on presented amendments.
15:00: Elections of executive board members:
– Election of the president of the Social Democratic Youth (two year term).
– Election of three executive board members (two year term).
– Election of a junior college representative (one year term, seat in the executive board and central board).
– Election of 12 central board members (one year term) and 4-6 deputy members of the central board (one year term).
- Election of two auditors of accounts (one year term).
16:00: Other discussions.
16:35: UJ's annual award.
16:45: Dissolution of the congress and a celebratory speech.
17:00-18:00: Happy hour celebration
The congress will be held in Icelandic. Those who request translation are asked to contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
UJ’s annual congress is the highest power of decision making and organization for UJ and is open to all members of the Social Democratic Alliance aged 16 to 35.
All those who wish to attend must register using the link below and all attendees must be registered before 23:59 on Tuesday, the 23rd of August.
The registration fee is 2.500 ISK and covers the entire congress as well as lunch. Those who travel from outside of the capital region can apply for a travel reimbursement when registering for the congress.
The event managing app Whova will be used for all session documents and elections during the congress. It is available both for smartphones and computers. All guests registered for the congress will receive and email with an invitation to participate in the congress after registration and payment of the registration fee.

Resolutions and amendments to statutes must be sent by email to [email protected] by 23:59 on Monday, the 22nd of August. Candidacies for president of the Social Democratic Youth must be filed by this time and sent to [email protected].
Candidacies can be filed for the executive board, junior college representative, central board and auditors until 12:30 pm on the day of congress, the 27th of August. Candidaces should be sent by email to [email protected].
According to the statutes of the Social Democratic Youth, the president of the Social Democratic Youth will be elected for a two year term. Three members of the executive board will be elected for a two year term, one junior college representative for a one year term, and twelve central board members will be elected for a one year term. Four to six deputy members will be elected for the central board, and two auditors of accounts will be elected.
